ARTICULATING HAUL TRUCK

Overview

These trucks are big and can be intimidating, at FCIT we aim to build the students confidence by teaching them the skills to safely operate these trucks.

Articulating trucks steer and perform differently then most vehicles on the road, on this training we will focus on safe backing techniques, proper positioning of the trucks to be loaded by excavators and loaders, how to safely dump loads dependent on the type of haul truck and observing all site safety requirements such as speed limits.

This class is 1 week of training with a maximum of 6 students.
3 Hours of in class training 4.5 days of practical training  – Max 6 Students.
