The Fall Protection course is intended for those working from heights. This course follows the guidelines and standards referenced in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Safety Act and Regulations, Canadian Standards Association, and the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS), ANSI, and OSHA.

Course Description

At the end of this course, the end-user should be familiar with the basic concepts, hazards, hazard control processes and safe work procedures associated with working at heights.

If you prefer classroom training, which includes both the knowledge and basic skills portions, or you have already completed the online knowledge portion of this course and require a skills assessment, please contact us.

End-users should not assume this material alone constitutes complete training. It is expected that a workplace will apply this information as they create their own company specific Fall Protection program as part of their company’s larger Health & Safety Management System.

Due to the different policies and procedures and equipment utilized on different work sites, certain statements in this program may not apply.
