Predator Defence Training

Predator Defence, with or without shotgun handling training, is a 3-day course designed to minimize negative interactions between people and wildlife. This program is also considered to be entry-level training for those seeking employment as Bear Monitors.

While defending people is always the highest priority in any wildlife encounter, this training also strives to minimize stress, injury and death of wildlife through situational awareness, knowledge, pre-planning, and skills.
